Do we keep our domain?
Yes! You can either use our included subdomain (yourclub.horsify.com.au) or connect your existing domain. We'll help you with the DNS setup if needed.
Can members pay online?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Members can pay for memberships, event entries, and other fees online with credit/debit card. You receive automatic receipts and reporting.
Do we need tech skills?
No technical skills required. The admin portal is designed for committee members with basic computer skills. We provide training as part of setup, and ongoing support is included in your monthly fee.
How long to go live?
Typically 2-3 weeks from sign-up to launch. This includes setup, content migration, branding, training, and testing. Rush setups available for urgent needs.
Can we migrate our existing website?
Yes. Basic content migration is included in the setup fee. We'll help transfer your existing pages, news posts, and member data. For larger migrations, we can provide a custom quote.
What support is included?
Email support is included with response within 1 business day. Phone support available for urgent issues. We also provide regular platform updates, security patches, and new feature rollouts at no extra cost.
